Social Media Posts and Images

These are images and posts we've created, and we've removed our own website links from them, so that you can add your affiliate links. 

How to Use These Images:

1. Download the image to your own device. 
2. Upload the image to a program like Canva (they have a free version that works really well) - you can find them at:  ​https://www.canva.com 
3. Add whatever text you'd like to add, at the bottom of the image (see examples below), then download and save as a jpg. 
4. Go to your Affiliate dashboard in the FTSR Academy, and copy one of your affiliate links (we recommend using the one to the Free Mini-course) 
5. Share the image on social media, email, etc. along with your affiliate link.

The reason some beliefs are so hard to change is because the subconscious holds "evidence" that proves them! 
So, as the conscious mind is repeating affirmations like: "I am worthy" the subconscious is referring to "evidence" from previous experiences that proves "I'm unworthy".

Did you know: Every time you try to take action in your business, your subconscious is referring to what it learned about who you are, from your childhood! It's then prompting your brain to trigger stress chemicals that are affecting how you feel - and the decisions you make.
For example: If your subconscious holds a memory of being humiliated by your 3rd-grade teacher, and it interpreted that experience to mean you're stupid... when you try to take action to get more clients - your subconscious is referring to that data, and then prompting the chemical reaction that causes feelings of not being good enough!
