Generational Childhood Memory Transformation Meditations (from Chapter 14)
Directions:
1. Follow along until you experience resistance—contradicting or negative thoughts or feelings (for example: “But her dad left before she was born”). As soon as you notice one of these thoughts or a negative feeling, “press pause.”
2. Change the contradicting childhood memories of that person, so that they’re in alignment with this meditation.
3. Keep repeating steps one and two until you’re able to read or listen to the full meditation without interruption from contradicting or negative thoughts or feelings.
