I've been in therapy for 23 years. It was so exciting to find something that actually had results! Fast! I know that kind of language makes it sound like a cheap gimmick. But I am also a QMHP psychotherapist. I know that exploration and discovery of WHY our issues exist is only half the work. Other therapies have been great for understanding myself, but often left me wondering what to do with that knowledge.
FASTER EFT is great because it focuses on the second half of the work- HOW to change things in the NOW. I gained immediate visualization and physical coping skills to use right away in my day. And they were tailor made for the specific memories causing my issues.
Steve is excellent at keeping sessions focused. He is also the most reliable and accessible therapist I've worked with. Online sessions are extremely convenient for my busy schedule. They are more effective than going to an office, because I have the comfort and safety of my home as a place to do this vulnerable feeling work.
Plan some time, though. It can feel physically exhausting! But that's because it's working.
